Telephonics’ rolling 12-month Supplier Performance Scorecard is a reflection of a supplier’s performance, comprising a Quality, Delivery and Overall rating scores. View our Supplier Scorecard tutorial which highlights recent enhancements.

All active, key suppliers will receive a scorecard indicating their overall score/classification. Scorecard data is generated monthly, capturing the prior 12-month performance metrics and detailed data which encompasses scorecard values. We expect our supply partners to review and understand the data, working with Telephonics to remedy any issues and drive continuous improvement.
